Oh gosh - you had appendicitis? I'm glad you got sorted out quickly - that can go bad on you very, very quickly!

to all- yes, I'm fine thanks, 10 points each to the incredible woody and Jay for guessing appendicitis. I had been scheduled for a hernia repair in Septemeber, went to ER thinking it was kinked bad and after ct scan, said it was bad appendicitis, they got me in surgery asap and fixed up the hernia while they were in there. I'm home and sore as a mutha but pretty good considering. Yes, freeman I did blog but really, do pictures and a title really count? Mountain Lover, that is an appendix, thoguh not mine, sadly I was in too much pain to capture the highlights, that is my appendix stunt double. Betheney- Best nom ever? Eew, but it does kind of look like a skinless mouse. Also I got a whole evening and morning at the hospital with people waiting hand and foot on me for a change so not altogether bad and I'm home in time for my birthday tomorrow:) Sorry if I'm loopy,I'm on my third Vicodin, can you say loopy snoopy?

Wow, glad you are feeling better and as Jay said appendicitis can get real baaad real quick. Don't try to do too much too soon...what am I saying. You are a Mom so that's already happened.

Alien fetus in formaldehyde was what I was thinking! You said appendix and I thought, "oh thank god! I can stop preparing for the invasion."
