When you're inside it, it feels like the only life that is allowed to happen now, but that's crazy talk from an addled brain. <BR/><BR/>Here's one thing I did to get better: the only thing that made me feel good was watching an old English sitcom before going to bed. I spent my day making myself do other things, things that felt painful and impossible, and then come night, I would positively wallow in my sitcom DVDs. And take meds. And journal. Eventually, I got better.<BR/><BR/>Anyway, good luck and I hope you keep writing, because I really enjoyed your entries so far.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
